Tim is a postdoctoral fellow working on the development of new statistical methods for bioinformatics. Trained as a theoretical physicist, he brings a strong background in mathematical modeling and a passion for tackling complex problems to the analysis of biological data.

Before joining the Huber group, he completed his PhD in theoretical astroparticle physics at the Max Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics. He received his undergraduate degree in physics from RWTH Aachen University, where he focused on theoretical cosmology.
